We originally ran Angelina's, a tiny bakery and cafe out of our shop in the village, and continue to produce out own organic baked goods in our off-site commercial kitchen once a week.  We produce Angelina's Authentic Italian Almond Biscotti, Chocolate-Dipped Almond Biscotti, Ginger Molasses Cookies, Double-Chocolate Cookies with Celtic Sea Salt, Gluten-Free Carrot Cake, Cheese Tarts and make luscious Ice Cream Sandwiches with organic ice creams on our own cookies.  We use locally-milled organically-grown grains and flours.  We take quantity orders and specialize in gluten-free products.
